Debian in Indian Institutions
A talk on the dominance of proprietary softwares in (government) institutions of India and how replacing them with free and open source softwares will improve quality of service economically and socially. Also a few words on encouraging youths in technological field to invest time in GNU Linux instead of having pure monetary-oriented mindset.
